TEA Party Press
It appears that there is more interest being generated in the TEA Party Press publication all the time. The TEA Party Press covers mainly local issues in
and around Franklin County from a conservative standpoint. It is based on the principle that politicians should be public servants to the citizens, not corrupt lords over them. National issues are
also addressed, but there is a genuine focus on local politics and issues.
If you are trying to get additional information about the TEA Party Press or you would like a subscription, you can contact Jim Taylor at (717) 593-9888.
Franklin County TEA Party
Welcome to the Franklin County TEA Party website. The Franklin County TEA Party was originally organized as a loose group of grassroots conservatives who were interested in bringing to light the decidedly wrong direction that the country is heading and educating the public about some of the issues that were currently before us. While having TEA Parties, something we will continue to do, is great - we asked ourselves what difference we were really making. Were we creating positive changes in our community? Were we educating people about the founding of this nation. While we were educating people, were we providing those people with direction? Did we focus on the steps required to fix those problems and help people to take those steps? We don't think so.
Complaining about the troubles of our community and nation are not enough. If we identify a problem, we, the TEA Party, should be prepared to offer you a voice in Government. We should not only identify the problems, but offer solutions and help our friends, family and neighbors to make that change happen. That is our goal.
This website is the beginning of that movement. We are dedicated to offering the people of Franklin County, PA the education, information, direction and assistance to achieve this goal. Please come back often as this site will be adding more and more features each day.

Quote of the Day
A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicity.
